How can I search for candidates using their name, email ID, or phone number?

You have two convenient methods to search for candidates. The first method is through the global search, where you can input keywords into the search field. It can be the candidate's name, email, or phone number, and the platform will display relevant results based on the provided keywords.

The second method involves using specific filters to search for candidates by their details such as name, email ID, or other relevant information. To do this, simply utilize the search option located on the left-hand side of the dashboard, as illustrated below:

Is it possible to set my availability in the Outlook calendar?

Currently, users are required to set their availability directly on the Talview platform. The platform is not integrated with the Outlook calendar, so setting availability in Outlook will not be reflected or updated on the Talview platform.

How do I set my availability for interviews in the system?

Optimizing Your Availability for Scheduling Interviews

Ensuring your availability is set in the system is highly recommended. This feature enables recruiters to view your schedule and schedule interviews accordingly, avoiding any conflicts with non-available time slots. To set your availability, follow these steps:

  1. Access the system and navigate to the 'calendar' tab, which is the second tab displayed on top.

  2. Once the calendar is open, select the desired time slot by clicking on the appropriate timeline or anywhere within the calendar.

  3. After selecting the desired time, click on the 'save' button to confirm your availability.

By proactively managing your availability in the system, you facilitate smoother interview scheduling and enhance the overall recruitment process.

Can I establish my calendar availability for an extended duration?

When it comes to setting your calendar availability, Talview provides users with the utmost flexibility. There are no limitations or restrictions on how far in advance you can set your availability. You have the freedom to choose the period for which you wish to specify your availability, aligning it with your preferences and convenience. This ensures that you have complete control over your calendar and can accommodate your schedule accordingly. With Talview, you can confidently set your availability for as far into the future as you desire, allowing for seamless scheduling and effective time management.

Will there be any issue if I haven't set my availability?

The availability option is crucial for recruiters to view the evaluator's calendar and schedule interviews based on their availability. If the panel member/evaluator has not set their availability, recruiters will not have visibility to schedule live interviews based on the panel member's availability.

Who has the authority to assign a different panel/evaluator if I'm unavailable?

The assignment of a different panel/evaluator can only be done by the recruiters handling the process. As an evaluator, you do not have the authority to assign yourself to a different evaluator. If you are unavailable, please inform the recruiters so that they can make the necessary arrangements.

How can I reschedule an Interview?

As an evaluator, you do not have the authority to reschedule interviews. The rescheduling process can only be initiated by the recruiter. However, you can request a reschedule by contacting the recruiter directly and providing your preferred alternative time or date.

Where can I Access My Previous Evaluation Records and Edit it?

Once you are logged in, you will be able to navigate through the platform and perform various actions, including evaluating candidates.

Re-evaluating Candidates

If you need to re-evaluate a candidate, simply locate the candidate from your candidate list. Candidates with completed evaluations will have a status of "Selected," "Rejected," or "On Hold" based on the previous evaluation.

Click on the candidate's profile to access their evaluation details. You will have the option to re-evaluate the candidate and overwrite your previous evaluation. Provide your updated evaluation and submit it to ensure accurate and up-to-date evaluations.

By re-evaluating candidates, you can make informed decisions and ensure fair and thorough evaluations.

Should you have any difficulties logging in or need further assistance with the evaluation process, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are here to assist you every step of the way.

Can I participate in a live interview using my mobile device?

Absolutely! You can conveniently join a live interview using your mobile device by installing the 'Talview Meet' app from the Play Store or iTunes

To ensure a smooth experience, it is advisable to have a minimum upload and download speed of 1 Mbps when accessing the live interview session through the web application. This will help maintain a stable connection and facilitate seamless communication during the interview process.

If I get disconnected during the interview, how do I rejoin?

Should you encounter any disruption during a live interview, rest assured that rejoining the session is a seamless process. Simply locate the 'Attend' link provided in the invitation email and click on it. You will be guided through the familiar joining process to rejoin the live interview. There is no need to worry about time constraints within the interview duration. Rejoining the session within the scheduled interview time is effortless and allows you to resume.

However, it's important to note that if the interview extends beyond the originally set session duration, you will not be able to join the session once the duration has elapsed.

How can I see the candidate logs?

The logs of candidates are accessible only to authorized recruiters and master recruiters. Evaluators and panel members, on the other hand, have limited access and can only view specific candidate details and the responses assigned to them.

This ensures that the evaluation process remains secure and confidential, with designated individuals having access to the necessary information relevant to their roles. Recruiters can rely on Talview's platform to handle candidate data in a secure and confidential manner, maintaining the integrity of the hiring process.

What can I access on my account's Settings page?

As a user, you have access to certain pieces of information on the settings page. However, please note that you can only modify or update specific details such as your Name, phone number, location, and time-zone. Other information may be visible, but it cannot be altered from this section by yourself.
