Talview Recruiter is your one-stop platform for managing all your assessments. You can invite candidates to various assessments ranging from MCQ Tests to Asynchronous Interviews to Live Interviews. You can follow through and track each assessment until the final outcome is decided.
Using the platform, you can do the following:
To log in to your Talview account, simply click on the following link: https://recruit.talview.com/login.
Once the page loads, enter the email address associated with your account and the password you have set. Then, click on the "Sign In" button to proceed.
In addition to the standard login method, there are alternative options available for accessing your account. If your organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is integrated with Talview and Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, you can choose to sign in using the SSO option. Alternatively, if you have a Microsoft account, you can opt to sign in using your Microsoft credentials.
Choose the login method that suits your workflow best and enjoy seamless access to your Talview account.
Once you log in, you see the Recruiter’s Dashboard. The dashboard gives you a summary of the candidates and the status of assessments and helps you plan your activities.
On the Dashboard, you can view the following summary information: You can get the following information from the summary on the dashboard :
Pending Invites - Pending invites are invites that have been sent to the candidates, whose assessments have not commenced.
Unassigned Candidates - Refers to candidates who have completed the test but are yet to be assigned to a panel.
Pending Evaluations - Indicates candidates who have finished their assessments, awaiting evaluation.
Number of Recent Evaluations - Candidates who have been recently evaluated.
Furthermore, the Dashboard conveniently displays your calendar activities for the current day and the upcoming days. To the right, the key activities panel highlights significant tasks accomplished in the previous month.
Navigate to the 'Candidates' tab to access a comprehensive roster of candidates awaiting invitations to specific assessment sections. Candidate's profiles will be retained within this tab until they receive an invitation to participate in an assessment.
With a quick glance, you can access fundamental candidate information, including:
The candidate's registered email ID
The candidate's provided phone number
The candidate's reference number or candidate ID
The date the candidate was added to the pending list (facilitating timeline tracking)
Candidates are organized in the list based on the duration their profiles have spent in the pending state, with the most recent additions positioned at the top.
You can create a candidate profile by simply selecting the 'Create Candidate' button located within the widget situated on the right-hand side of the page.
Utilize a Filtering System to Access Specific Candidates or Candidate Lists
Encountering challenges in identifying the desired candidates? Rest assured, we offer an efficient filtering mechanism that enables you to pinpoint the candidates you seek! Employing the 'Advanced Filter' option, you can effortlessly sort candidates based on criteria such as first name, last name, email, or phone number.
For a comprehensive candidate profile overview, select the candidate's image and subsequently click on the 'Details' button located on the left-hand side of the page. This will provide you with an in-depth view encompassing the candidate's complete name, email ID, candidate ID, and phone number, as well as access to their resume.
To extend an invitation to a candidate for an Assessment, first, highlight the corresponding candidate's row by selecting their name. Subsequently, click on the "Invite to Assessment" button located in the widget on the right-hand side. From the dropdown list, opt for the desired Assessment, then click the 'Invite' button. If required, you can also invite the candidate to specific Sections of the Assessment by selecting the relevant Section.
Ensure to set the 'End Date & Time' for the Assessment, and if needed, tick the 'Notify Candidates?' checkbox. Finally, click the 'Invite' button to initiate the invitation process. A confirmation will be displayed, notifying you that the candidate has been successfully invited. Simultaneously, an email notification containing comprehensive assessment details will be dispatched to the candidate.
After extending an invitation to an 'Assessment', the candidate's profile is automatically transferred from the 'Candidates' tab to the 'Invites' tab, where it will remain accessible.
Helpful Hint: For a streamlined process of inviting multiple candidates to the same Assessment, consider utilizing the bulk action feature. Simply hold down the Shift key or Ctrl key and highlight the desired candidates, then proceed to invite them collectively.

The right-hand panel provides an array of statistics related to the Assessment, illustrating the count of candidates who have:
Received invitations to partake in at least one section of the assessment
Engaged in any of the ongoing sections of the current Assessment
Successfully concluded the entire Assessment
Attained a "Selected" status
Been marked as "On Hold"

The actions button located in the right pane facilitates:
Importing and extending invitations to candidates for the assessment or specific sections within it.
Sending reminder emails to candidates who are yet to complete the assessment.
The roster of sections within the assessment is accompanied by the Section Funnel, providing insight into the recruitment screening process.
You can access the list of invited candidates for the assessment from the "Invites" tab within the Assessment Window.
Candidates can be located using the search bar within the tab.
Candidates can be sorted by applying criteria like Panel and Assessment Status.
The Actions button in the Invites tab facilitates:
Importing and inviting candidates to the assessment.
Inviting candidates to specific sections of the assessment.
Extending the deadline for completing the assessment.
Sending reminder emails to candidates who haven't completed the assessment.
Sending reminders to the panel for candidate evaluation.
Assigning the panel for candidate evaluation in the assessment.
Changing the candidate's status within the platform.

On the login page, you will find a "Forgot password" link. Click on this link to proceed.
You will be directed to a password recovery page. Enter the email address associated with your account in the provided field.
Once you have entered your email address, click on the "Send Reset Password Link" button.
Check your email inbox for a password reset email. This email will contain instructions on how to reset your password.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and regain access to your account. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

An "Assessment" within the Talview platform represents a comprehensive workflow encompassing all the requisite tests and interviews tailored for a specific job role.
Each Assessment is comprised of predefined "Sections" – individual tests or interviews essential for evaluating a candidate's suitability for the role.
These Sections may include Proctored "Multiple Choice Questions" tests, Proctored Code Tests, Essay Tests, Asynchronous Interviews, or Live Interviews.
An Assessment can be likened to a Job Requisition in a broader context.

Within the 'Assessments' tab, proceed to select any of the Assessments to access comprehensive details pertaining to the Assessment.
Overview of the Assessment
In your role as a recruiter, you have the ability to observe a comprehensive summary of Assessments that have been allocated to you. This view encompasses a comprehensive list of Assessments, complete with their respective owners, summarized descriptions, current status, and designated end dates.
To access detailed information about any given Assessment, simply click on the name of the Assessment.
To access further information regarding the Additional Details of the assessment, including session details, please scroll upwards on the page.
Mark the candidate by ticking the checkbox, then proceed to click the 'Add Panel to Candidate' option situated at the far right of the page. This action facilitates the assignment of a candidate to an alternative panel.
Next, opt for the session to which the panel is to be designated. Additionally, choose the pertinent panel members for the assignment and press the 'Assign' button.
Upon dispatching an invitation to a candidate, they will receive an email akin to the example provided below:
Date Extension for Assessments
The candidate is required to complete the test within the designated time frame. In certain scenarios, the candidate might require an extension. To grant an extension, navigate to the 'Invites' tab, choose the candidate, and utilize the 'Extend Date' button within the left-hand widget.
Absolutely. To streamline the candidate management process, Talview provides a user-friendly search feature on the left-hand side of the assessment tab. This search option allows users to conveniently filter and locate candidates based on various criteria such as position, role, and more.
By utilizing the search functionality, users can quickly narrow down their candidate pool and access the specific profiles they are looking for. This efficient filtering system enhances productivity and saves valuable time during the recruitment process.
Simply input the desired search parameters, such as position or role, into the search bar, and Talview will generate a refined list of candidates that match your criteria. This intuitive search feature ensures that you can easily locate the candidates you need for your hiring process.
